How do I get started?
Create an account, add your first property and build its cleaning checklist. You can start from the ready-made turnover checklist or create your own tasks. When it is ready, share the property link with your cleaner.
Does the cleaner need an account?
No. Cleaners can open a property-specific cleaning checklist from a shared link without creating a DoTidyDone account or downloading an app.
What happens to the price when I add a property?
The first property costs €3.90 per month and each additional property €1.90 per month, excluding applicable tax. Every feature and unlimited cleaners are included. A new property is added to the subscription immediately and the difference appears on the next invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral code. When a friend starts a paid subscription, you both get three months' credit on the first property's price, up to 12 months.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on servers in the EU and is only processed to provide the service.
